Poppy is an online print-on-demand fashion store operating through Shopify and fulfilling orders via Printify. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen accurately reflects the actual colours of our products. Minor variations in print placement (within industry standard tolerances of +/- 0.5 inches) are not considered defects.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production issues. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders affected by significant pricing mistakes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on poppywear.store are the property of Poppy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Poppy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from orders placed on poppywear.store will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
