SHIPPING POLICY

Poppy products are printed and shipped on demand through our fulfilment partner, Printify. Orders are produced at print facilities closest to your shipping address to minimise delivery time and environmental impact.
1. PRODUCTION TIME
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is dispatched. During peak periods (sale seasons, holidays), production times may be slightly longer.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch)
- United States: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note: these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
Poppy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, public holidays, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
